Site Progress

Access Road:
A new ~2,800-foot access road with full drainage, erosion control, and striping has been completed to provide primary ingress/egress to the site. The roadway includes curb and gutter, storm basins, and utility coordination with existing infrastructure.
Lift Station & Utility Infrastructure:
The new lift station site is complete and positioned to support wastewater service for the entire industrial development. Utility work included:
- Installation of gravity sewer and force main infrastructure
- Compliance with Hernando County Utilities Department specs (cover depths, pressure testing, tracer wire, warning tape)
- Coordination with multiple utility providers, including Withlacoochee River Electric and AT&T
Stormwater Management:
Drainage features include over 10 stormwater basins and ~1,400 LF of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) ranging from 18" to 24" in diameter, all engineered to control runoff within the development footprint.
Timeline:
The infrastructure improvements were completed in Q2 2025.
